The worst experience ever.
1)Receptionist doesn't have any clue about anything.
After three wrong rooms, he told me told me "take your car and leave now because I will not allow you to have a room here"!!!!!!
Note: That was after I told them "You don't know any about your rooms"
2)It's normal to call the reception and no one answers you.
3)Although I asked them three times to solve the heater problem(No warm water) and bring soap, they didn't take any action.response / report this review -

worst experience ever! we booked at 1 price then later we were charged 1.5 the price we booked for.
you are greeted by staff stopping you by the gate asking u to park outside and walk with your luggage and the whole family the rest of the unpaved gravelly road.
receptionist was calling my mother all the way from behind his counter 5 meters away from the couch where she was seated "HEY MADAM..I NEEDED TO TELL U SO AND SO"
if you are here for kite surfing, this is definitely NOT the place for you, you are better off sleeping on the beach than renting a room in this hotel, the level of HYGINE and CLEANLINESS is below average, no matter where you are from,
we were a big group and on arrival we were treated like we had no booking at all, everyone was disinterested and not quite in the mood to check us in, as if they are doing us a favor
the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, Mohamed Gamal in specific is highly unprofessional.
i feel extremely disappointed because i was the one who recommended this place for the rest of the 67 guests just because the location is next to the surfing club we wanted to go to, but i came to realize that there are few other normal hotels around that i could have chose.
I'm definitely filing a legal complain, because this level of unprofessionalism is what destroyed the tourism in this country.response / report this review -

The place is awefull , very veeery bad food , bad community , low standard guests although the location and the view is good , no activities to be done at night except for very low standard music and ridiculous show, you can't wear a swim suite or shorts if you are a girl as u will be harrased by that type of residents in the hotel, they also add extra non reasonable charges , i don't recommend this place to any one, we came for one day and we had to move to another place because the place is really awefull , i am really really disappointed , if u want to have a vacation go to lala land , go to the dessert but not there

Nice place ocerall with Good price but has some concerns
Very poor room service;
No beach/pool activities other than Kitesurfing which is very expensive
Place hosts animals which is good thing
Gym/spa isn't operating
Place doesn't accept payment by visa
