Please Jil i need some one in a managerial position who is responsible for the sales in the "وسط البلد/فرع محمد فريد" branch. The salesman did not want to open the gate at 1PM and was rude and said bad words and did not want me to enter or even buy anything. He said that i am knocking on the door and he is not free and busy????? And this happened in front of my kid,servant and driver and other people. And i took the branch manager number "Kareem" his phone is off till now. So IS THIS JIL . WHAT AN EXPERIENCE.
