We r just back from jaz Mirabel sharm.
Our clothes has been stolen!
First we called the hotel and inform them that we ve forgot a small bag in the room, then we receive a call from the receptionist and house keeping guy telling us yes there is 4 things only and I can send it for u. We called again and again as we didn't receive the most valuable n branded clothes we ve forgot. But no one care or even follow the case.
Note: the house keeping man told us that he inform the reception after we left when he cleaned our room but no one call us to return back to get our clothes!!!
We wonder how a respectable hotel like jaz is not professional in dealing with their guests and leting the housekeeping staff dealing instead and dont care about the hotel reputation.
