Luxury hotel with excellent view of the Nile. Service is very good. Food is very good with varied restaurants. Though the toilet of the room was a bit dated

I had an excellent training. Professional venue. Delicious snacks and fruits. Wide variety of cuisine at lunchtime. The training room was not well ventilated. A.C. was either too high or off. However, I got sick in the third day and the staff escorted me to the hotel clinic on the 4th floor. The doctor was excellent and welcomed me to followup with her the next two days (which I did not). The A.C. needs maintenance and the innovation noise needs to be away from classroom hours. All in all, I recommend the staff, food, view and location at the heart of Cairo.

Fabulous hotel, the staff were the nicest in all my trips especially the Italian guy who spoke Arabic like a pro. The rooms are comfortable and the view is perfect facing the Nile river. The location is also nice.

It is really an exciting experience for me being in your hotel. The entire service is excellent. The clean environment, the hospitality of all the workers, the good food and serenity is beyond comment. I would love to stay in your hotel anytime I visit Cairo.

For a 5-star hotel, it really could have been better. The location was fantastic, as was the food and views of the city. However it took me 30 minutes to check in because they had only two people working at reception and 5 or 6 other guests trying to check in (one of whom, annoyingly, insisted on having every possible detail about the room such as square footage). Check out was the same story. Over 15 mins just to drop off the key and grab the invoice. The room wasn't particularly clean (eg. plastic wrappers behind the bedside table) or in good condition (eg. Door handles coming off when you try to open the door). Will be returning to the Marriott next time.

Comfortable beds and rooms with a good view if you can get riverside. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there are good restaurant options inside the hotel. Wifi is free but can be very slow sometimes. The hotel itself is starting to show its age though and is due for an upgrade.
