I have made a reservation by phone, for 1000 km, the cost given over the phone was wrong. The car remained untouched for an hour and a half, and its half and hour late, they do that to sell you premium service for a cost so that you can get a good service.
Apparently what they say about ghabbour is true. First time to regret a purchase of a car because of the agent.response / report this review -

Overall the service is suitable. Waiting areas are not very comfortable especially in the lower floor while waiting to deliver the car. The upper waiting area is more relaxed but not enough front row seats to view the repairs being made - the window is divided between the regular, Elite and smoking areas.
