They refused to grant warranty with vulgur
I bought a mate 9 brand new with a vip sticker in the premium price. When i found little dent in the body they were vulger and refused to assist and ask to pay for a 2 mm dent and threatened to void the warranty. I wrote to the official site of huwaie expecting swift help. But my complain mest a def ears. Its the most lousy warranty on earth. With samsung vip they fix any thing during the vip period with a smile. Do not buy this product unless you are stupid.response / report this review -
