  This review is not just about this branch it's about HSBC all together.
  This branch is one of the worst.
  The worst bank ever to deal with the most complicated the most painful the most expensive the list goes on & on.
  Being a premier client doesn't really matter.
  The employees are always lost I assume the employees need employees lol!
  Never seen a manger on duty at different locations.
  Calling the customer service is such a big deal (something as simple as activating a credit card is a huge deal)
  A friendly advice don't believe everything you hear from the employees YES they lie!!
  If your wealthy and looking to open an account with a large amount of money you MUST AVOID HSBC or you will regret it!!

  Very bad customer service. Staff are very uncooperative and unhelpful. What is usually done in 10 minutes in other banks took them 2 hours.

  Good banking experience in general. Despite that the area for receiving services from tells (in the 2nd floor) is quite small.
