Had to wait for a relationship officer after I was referred to him on my MasterCard which was capture the previous day, it took him over five minutes to speak to me standing in the door way waiting for him to either invite me in or otherwise. He asked me to sit out for 5 minutes, while he sorts out a customer on the line.
He failed to show up after five minutes and the next moment, an Egyptian client was sitting before him, being attended to.
These things happen too many times in Egypt's service industry that it's no longer funny. Interestingly, there's a photo behind telling customers to 'take HSBC with them wherever their dreams take them'. What an irony!response / report this review -
