Well the most gorgeous site in Dahab further. The area is so calm, relaxing and amazing clear water (called Egyptian Maldives). It is very close to Tabuk city in KSA. You can enjoy the view, swim. And have Bedouin tea there.

A vast beautiful shallow lagoon with calm water but little to no corals and some sea weed on the lagoon bed, most of the lagoon is 0.5 to 1 meter deep only, but it reaches up to 2.3 meters in the center. Excellent place for parasailing and beginner swimmers. However some cafeterias workers are not friendly.

This place is simply a small haven, where one can disconnect from the real world and absorbe the nature's energy. I go to the Blue lagoon for weeks at a time. There are huts you can rent for cheap and Bedouins that cook simple, healthy food. Do not expect anything fancy; you are in the desert the amenities are simple. At night, you can take the mattress provided to you, place it by the water, and stargaze until you fall asleep. The sky is mesmerizing at night, with sightings of shooting stars every night. The water is a beautiful turquoise color you can simply sit and stare at it for days! And one more thing, the spot is very famous amongst local and tourist kitesurfers; expect to see many of them flying in the air or simply learning the sport. The blue lagoon is a must if you visit Dahab.
