Good atmosphere, one of the best gyms you can find.

The location is nice. There is a roof top space with great Nile view that you can use for exercise. There are better facilities in Cairo but not with this view.

I just stopped in to check out the space. The best I could say is it has a nice view. Equipment and space look tired. Not even a proper stretching area. I don't think I will become a member here. Is this really Eqypt's most elite gym?

Take care guys you are going backward. Gold's GYM in Egypt is deteriorating and you have to do something about it.

I used Golds gym while I stayed in Cairo. This gym has a great selection of weights and plenty of equipment. I would have given 5 stars but it is expensive 250 Egyptian pounds for a day = £25 UK pounds compared to World gym that charged 50 Egyptian pounds = £5 UK pounds. Great gym tho. One other point that the girls at the desk did not speak English but not a massive issue and it is Egypt after all.
