it's a nice place and the trainers are so friendly and supportive
Lovely place with soul atmosphere
Good place for training your body
It's my favorite gym. Needs some renovation though.
decent gym. it gets crowded in the evening
Small locker room area, outdated machines, half the cardio area doesn't have a TV, most of the cardio machines with a screen don't have any signal for the TV, a number of treadmills can't withstand heavy weights and high speed, no mobile network at 90% of the gym, horrible choice of music all day long (disco/nightclubs/Justin Bieber/remixes), bootcamp class members take all the weights because they don't have their own, gym turns into a cafe when there's a football match on TV with all the cheering, booing and lack of attention to their jobs, filthy bathrooms as house staff are too busy playing with their phones, watching TV, or chatting on the intercom, low water pressure in tabs although it was fine before, scarcity of jump ropes and exercise balls, improper/slow/non-existent maintenance of broken equipment, trainers take it personally when you train friends, and finally, takes you a while to find a parking spot that isn't even near.
Professional staff and so friendly.
Unlike the Gold's Gym standard. Workout space is not well maintained by the staff, cleanliness is not a concern of other gym goers. Towels and personal belongjbgs left all over the place. The heater was blasting during my whole workout, which did not make it a comfortable workout environment, you can feel the radiating heat as soon as you walk in. The lockers do not have locks, you have to bring your own in.
Oh and let's not forget to mention, be prepared to look for a parking spot, there aren't any dedicated to the gym.
Take care guys you are going backward. Gold's GYM in Egypt is deteriorating and you have to do something about it.
