Elite class so bad! No wifi just an old tablet! How does it worth a double price ? And the waiter on the bus done nothing for the foreign tourists .How dare this guy talk with us about tips ! By the way dun expect too much on the food . Absolutely a disaster!

I took 3 trips to various places. On the first trip, the driver kept cursing and screaming at other cars. Braking too hard and handling the bus like it's a whale of a Maserati. His driving and the seats messed up my back.

The second trip, we made an unscheduled stop and apparently someone dropped a nuke of a log and clogged the onboard bathroom. Food? Looked like it's stolen from a U.N. refugee camp and repacked.

Thankfully, all passengers survived with no signs of radioactive fallout contamination.

Third trip, drivers should keep their eyes on the road and not on their phones. Otherwise, trip was long but comfy.

I tried the Elite Plus (top tier service) from Dahab to Cairo. It should have WiFi, personal entertainment screen and a meal.
The entertainment screen Arabic language is mediocre, all the movies are at least 7 years old and all of them were dubbed in Turkish with no indicator or whatsoever that it can be changed, it's either not optional or it's the worst User Experience ever and that's coming from a Frontend Developer. Not to mention that sometimes it prompts messages in Turkish no matter what your language is.
And when it comes to the "meal" it had a micro-Croissant with a hint of chocolate, a junk bakery with olives, terrible juice box and a sketchy water bottle. All of them are either never-heard-of brands before or the well known worst tier.
The Porter kept asking for tips in a very awkward, obnoxious and rude manner and giving terrible attitude to anyone who chooses not to tip him.
Did I mention the first few hours were the most-sewer-smell-like trip I have ever had? Something wrong happened to the bathroom once we moved and they didn't fix it right away, no one knew why but I heard the bus waiter tell the driver "I don't like entering the bathroom"
The only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of one was because the chairs were comfortable, my chair was the first row, so I am not sure if there is enough legroom between other rows or not.

Money to value? Worst thing ever. By far one of the worst bus rides I have ever had.
