  Me and my friend booked 2 business class tickets from Sharm ElSheikh to Cairo and it wasn't worth it at all. The internet wasn't working throughout the trip, people took our chairs and we asked the attendant he didn't do anything about it. The bus driver and attendant were rude and kept asking for money in order to do ANYTHING !!!!

  Careless driving . It is not safe to go with them. The bus driver does not follow the rules and it is easy to have accident/s many times.
