The campus offers a lot of green areas with various activities. The faculties facilities are really dated though. Most of the software used is not licensed and cracked, which is weird for an educational institution. The WI-FI network rarely works, and when it works it is pretty slow during the semester. The IT is not helpful for most issues other than changing forgotten password based on my experience with them. The university offers a big staff for the first years to serve as part of their self-advertisement, but then students start to suffer from lack of staff-TAs- issues in some courses when they grow up, which makes their job even harder with time. Some professors are very proficient in English and presentation skills while some others are really bad at both. I had a nice experience though despite the cons. most of the TAs and professors are available in there office to ask them questions whenever you like and they provide guidance whenever you ask them to.

Not all TAs and professors are available in their offices. I remember me and my friends sometimes never finding a TA for the second or third time, after setting a meeting with them by mail.
Due to lack of staff at the more advanced years, it is specially hard to make an appointment with a TA, because there is never a timing where you have a free slot and the TA is in his office at the same time. The TAs get a very busy schedule making their time in their offices very limited for any real value given to students' office hours.
EDIT: Campus green area can be considered good enough based on Egyptian standards, but considering that this is a private university, the areas are not on a level that makes a place available for every student to work in peace in a usual study day. Most of the time we can't find a space to work on our group projects in the university.response / report this review -

Very good place to study MBA. The professors, the curriculums, the working groups, the practical sides, and the classmates are very good. The environment is very attractive.

The university itself offers one of the top education if not the top in Egypt. It needs more parking spots though.

Great campusvery institutional buildings but very secure & clean. Platform has decent food & there are tons of spaces to hang out or play sports
