They were better before. Currently overloaded with cars way beyond their capacity. Engine oil & filter change could take longer than 3 hours very easily even with appointments in place. Prices are not bad, but not the best. Staff are mostly OK, but things can turn into a mess as they have too many clients to attend to. The experience coulc be much much better IMHO.
