  A nice shopping venue with the only Starbucks branch opened yet in Sheikh Zayed! There’s also a few restaurants, I only tried Cachimba and it was nice

  It has many great outdoors spots. It has a very nice Starbucks branch. The parking is quite expensive though, and the outside parking lot is not well prepared.

  The place is cool on weekdays, very crowded and busy on weekends, they started charging people for parking recently. I recommend to visit in the morning for a nice breakfast, business meeting.

  A nice cozy mall medium size with nice outdoors coffee and restaurants second floor LA Bodega famous bar and 3 more restaurants. The rest of the building is offices.

  First visit there and the place looks great, classy and clean. The number of food and beverage outlets though not many but the ones there are really good. Only downside is Gaby's lack of a non-smoking area which I believe is disrespectful for those who want to enjoy the place without smoke and smell all around them.
