انا جربت فلاي دبي كانت رحلتي 147 من مطار برج العرب الطيران جيد ولاكن كان تكيف الطائرة قوي جدا حيث من قوة التكيف خفت أني أمرض ولَم أكن مجهز حالي باي ملابس او جاكيت طلبت من المضيفة تخفيف البرودة قالو لم يستطيعو تخفيض البرودة

Dubai airlines took my payment, said it didn't go through causing me to pay again, and still haven't refunded my money for either payment. When I called their payment processing center in the Phillipines multiple times they gave me wrong information, told me to call disconnected phone numbers, said someone would respond in 15 minutes, and 1 day later I still have no answer. I'm supposed to fly today on a flight I paid for twice, that is still showing up in their computer as the payment having been rejected on their side. They claim to be unable to contact the "team" that rejected the payment twice but still kept the money twice. This is the most unprofessional disorganized group of a totally inept organization I have ever encountered in my entire life in any country. 0 stars.
