  The fact that parking is against charge makes me mad! Parking area is terrible, by going out of this "garage" the car always scratches the bottom, and why I am supposed to pay 5 or 10 pounds if I already spent 700 in this supermarket! Where is logic and customer care?
  The counters are so tiny, nothing fits on it, people cannot pack the things in a normal way and the cashiers are super slow
