one of the best cafes in Alexandria

Most items on menu was not available. They place bottle water and new napkin box on table. If you use them, here's the price; water 6 Egyptian pound and napkin is 4 Egyptian pound. Drink the water if you want but don't use the napkin in the new box. The creamy penne pasta was served in huge portion and taste was good. Too many cats around and they climb on table and don't let you eat in peace. The sea view is nice.
