Wast your time in this clinic.. doctor was late for 1 hr .. a lot of reservations .. frequency is very slow … only one doctor serve around 20 cases 🙄

"Yes the clinic is wheelchair accessible" and then surprise, 10 steps
And then inside the clinic there are 2 other large steps and the waiting area is cramped so there is no place for the wheelchair.response / report this review -

Unprofessional staff members. They lack everything. False ads. They say that they have anesthetist but apparently it is a lie. I had such a terrible experience where my baby was supposed to have an ABR and because she is very young she had to be asleep for the test. The audiologist decided a wrong dose and she wasn't asleep for the desired time. She slept for some time and when we informed nurse, she and the doctor let us wait for long periods of time. The anesthetic wore off before the test begins. They could have let us in so much earlier. Their unprofessionalism was unbelievable.
I don't recommend this place to anyone. It is all such a show-off. They failed to deliver their message. Their slogan is fake. They should change it from "Your health is our concern" to "We'll grab your money and flee the scene"

First of all I do not recommended this clinic to anyone.
Location is good, front desk stuff wasn't professional. There is no pre-booking by phone or by vezeeta, which is very bad.
Waiting time there almost between 2~4 hours.
Unprofessional Doctors there, as I went there because my right ear have problem with hearing. But I think that i went to Physiotherapist Doctor not ears and nose Throat Center!
Doctor reveal was so weird, and he gives me "Reparil Gel", which is Freaky and so weird!
As I went to Dr in cleopatra hospital, and he check my status as well, and gives me the right medicine, as he also suggest to do hearing assessment & tymp test, instead of ENT clinic Dr, he unprofessional at all!
I think ENT clinic more specialists in kids communication problems, not into Nose & Throat center.response / report this review -
