Saying that was a horrible stay might not be enough we traveled from cairo to sokhna for a friend wedding
Everything was going fine untill the whole place went out of power complete darkness !!!!
We asked alot before the wedding for generator they said noo need for that!!!?
They ruined the wedding and we stayed from 7 pm till 3 am
No power , no water , no AC indeed
They didn't even apologize or try to find any solutions
During checkout they didn't offer any kind of compensation and they said No compensation 😐
Why should i pay almost 1000 pounds to sleep in darkness and no AC ????response / report this review -

Very bad reception from security team, cleaning and services in general are very low and poor receptionists.

Pros:
- Spacious rooms.
- Cool open air public areas other than the beach.
Cons:
- Food variety and quality is below average.
- Some facilities have issues (bathrooms, TVs etc).

This place has potential but they have to give more attention for the cleaning and food variety.
They said they have car rental and shuttle buses but when i ask for this services said no we don't have !!!!!!
View is good and there's woman called Mary i think at front office always smiling which is good.
Beach area is small but it is ok Aqua park is good if you have kids
Always ask for room with view not back view because you will see only cars.

The rooms are big and comfy The hotel is overall good and the food is fine toothe one thing I dislike is that the pool with the aqua park was not heated it was really cold we couldnt enjoy that nice aquapark.

Good place for families and very friendly stuff. But avoid it in thrusday and weekends as they used to have group of teenagers which is very annoying.
