This review is for the roof cafe, not the hotel itself.
The food was awful. The pizza was a slap of bread covered with a dry substance where cheese should have been. We also ordered a chicken pane and they literally got us a ready-made one of a cheap brand.
The furniture is outdated and not maintained, the paint is peeled off of the tables and chairs.
The view is good and the prices are moderate. This is a place best suited for a smoke or an alcoholic drink.

I don't know about the hotel but rooftop cafe has spectacular quite view on the Nile with breath of cool fresh air, service is not so good, i heard recently they added minimum charge.
They cancelled the menu and the waiter set prices based on his mood, which was very rude and opportunist

The view is amazing on the nile. Located near cairo downtown and near Zamalek. Good place to chill at night. Service is not good and the waiter is cheezy. Minimum charge ruined the experience

The room is comfortable enough and the staff are friendly and nice. The staff readily give assistance for any concern. There is free airport pick up to and from the hotel. Another thing is that they have free continental breakfast. The hotel is under major renovation for better services and facilities.

I love this hotel.
