  I was in city center with my wife and 2 sons
  And we visited your branch there , but it was totaly zeft , totaly dirty, totaly uncleaned
  Water glasses is totaly dirty , i think its not washed from 2 years
  
  We requesed for iced mocatischino white and we get it black coffe without any reason
  The only reason we received from ur waiter there is sorry we dont have
  Funny
  
  The last thing that we orderd one red velvet
  And the cream was expired, yes really it was expired
  
  Last time to us to be in one of ur branches
  Sorry but its not fair that u will take cash from us with no service to do
