Not the best, similar to most of the others in Egypt.

This is Renault service place, they have spare parts, changing oil and all kind of services for Renault cars, also offer selling cars.
Organized and professional.
Bad thing is waiting time too long beside it is hard to find for the first time as most of EIM places.response / report this review -

I really had a very bad experience with this place. Aside of paying too much money, every time I was waited for an average of 5 hours to get my car out of maintenance services. In addition, I paid 3000 EGP in a spare part and it was malfunctioned after 2.5. I was told our grantee only cover one year. So, what is the difference between you and outside services workshops. Really no difference!! I decided not go there again!
