Pros: Beautiful place, good privacy, good beach, very little people and almost no tourists.
Cons: Food not tasty, far from the City, stuff not very helpful, rooms need to be a little more attention from the personal.response / report this review -

It was a perfect place , good receiption , excellent food , polite staff I hope every visit in dahab to be in it I recommend everybody to stay on this place when coming to dahab

The worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life!!
You need to keep complaining and fighting all the time to get served
The beach was closed during the whole visit due to Marina maintainence
Reception AC was off most of the time for cost reduction
Shuttle bus rarely responded to our requests and we had to walk long distances to reach anywhere
One of our rooms was drowned with water
Finally, worst management and problem handling!
The hotel location and view are very good but they totally ruined it!

Great landscape and overall layout. Okay staff (not the most efficient, but polite). Below average breakfast.
The idea of resorts just outside of Dahab must be okay with you, though, before considering Ecotel or surrounding resorts.

We booked the hotel to make a PADI diving course. The rooms are spacious and nice. The whole hotel area is in a good shape and a friendly staff is lookiing after it. The pools could need a refurbishment. The strand is almost privately used only be the guests. The food was ok. More arabian cooked dishes would have been fine. I would come back.

- The all-inclusive policy is completely a mess, you will not be able to know until you are on site
- The room specifications are not true, superior room for example is understood as to be luxurious but instead it is on higher levels; which means that you have to climb up and down about 200 stairs to get to the pool
- Most of beverages are completely unavailable
- Very poor quality foods
- You can't swim in the beach; as you can't avoid the rocks all along
