Relatively expensive and like most Kia Motor dealerships, you cannot see your car while it is being repaired .. Waiting is a long time Unpaved road and very bad Reception staff are respectful and committed to roles, not appointments

I totally got lost while I was trying to reach the place. The bilbboards is way confusing so take care.. the repair shop is after the Kia signage with a couple of km. The engineer over there was very helpful and the finished in time.

They ruined the car interior and scratched it(n.b. the car is brand new, approximately 12 kilometres is made)
I brought my car to fix after an accident, and when I came back to receive it, I noticed the following:
1- The car interior is ruined, due to leaving the windows open during a rainy day.
2- The car right side had been scratched.
3- The is battery is dead.

They tried to clean it, but still the interior is in a pretty bad shape, matter has been referred to the maintenance centre GM, he advised that there is nothing he can do, and he will check KIA's H.O. to see if there is something to be done.
