Dusit Thani, is one of the most luxurious destinations in Egypt. Once you enter the hotel you find that friendly greeting of the staff there.
The check in process was really smooth.
The HK response is really fast to your orders.
The room is really spacious and highly equipped with all what you will need for business or for a short vacation.response / report this review -

Awesome experience. The food is amazing. The customer service is incredible. The rooms are well kept. As a non-local, you need not bother yourself about what to eat. You will find something that will interest you.

A gorgeous hotel with a unique landscape, lovely pool and jacuzzi and a quite beautiful lake. Nice meeting rooms and remarkable tasty food varieties. I would definitely like to give it another visit.

Probably the best hotel in Cairo, great cafe's and restaurants, all the staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms as you would expect are very clean and air conditioned, sound insulation ensures a good night's sleep. The whole complex is nicely laid out, it also has shops and banks.

Beautiful hotel with great restaurants. Only disappointment is that the Thai restaurant was closed for renovations. They had great cover artists in the lobby and the quality of the food in the restaurants that were open was great though. I didn't stay at the hotel so I cannot comment on the rooms though.

Was there two times on the 15th of April for my daughter's wedding
Cons
No toothpaste!!!
Minibar prices little bit high.
On that day there was a holiday i felt that pool areas was disorganized.
The hotel is big and the guiding signs are inadequate.
Room rates over booking websites are high.
Pros
Room was spacious, clean with a nice balcony overlooking a lake.
Wifi was very good .
Bathroom big and clean.
There was a safe, tv with different channel choices.
Three heated swimming pools was very nice and big.
As part of the wedding package the room rate was 1350EGP, breakfast (never used) and parking included.
Wedding halls was very nice, with extremely helpful staff in both halls.
I was there also on May 1st for my son's wedding(the big hall) ,however I didn't book a room.
A very special thanks for the staff of the two wedding halls who made both days perfect :Essam abdaziz,Mohamed Farahat,Mohamed Adel,Ahmed Khaled, Mahmoud Saeed,and Amr Osama (this man was perfect in the two occasions).response / report this review -

It was the 3rd time in the hotel.
The room was unclean and it seems that there is no room maintenance at all. I think i'll not visit this hotel again.
The only advantage is its position out of the traffic. By the way google maps location doesn't match the real location of the hotel and i mentioned that but no one cares. I did my comments at the front desk while check out but i doubt that that will reach to the real person that cares about the hotel.response / report this review -

Very nice place. Good location at the heart of new Cairo, about 30 minutes from the airport. Suitable for business meetings, gatherings and social events.
