  Hello everyone I will just note my review of my visit to Dr Mohamed Mustafa el maraghy
  • Firstly this is not a doctor clinic it's a dental center under his name where you Will find out new graduated doctors learning in your mouth
  • Secondly the reception ladies are very rude and don't know how to speak they can close the telephone line suddenly while you are talking with them
  • This clinic as a place doesn't meet the minimum standards of hygiene
  • When you are doing any operation in your teeth you Will feel that you are inside a public hospital and if you asked Dr Mohamed to be the only one working on your teeth he will reply that all the team working with the same procedures
  • Very less communications between them and the customers
  • Very high not recommend
  مرحباً بالجميع. سأذكر فقط ملاحظاتي لزيارتي للدكتور محمد مصطفى المراغي
  • أولاً ، هذه ليست عيادة طبيب فهي مركز طب أسنان تحت اسمه حيث ستجد أطباء حديثي التخرج يتعلمون في فمك
  • ثانياً ، السيدات اللاتي يعملن استقبالاً وقحين للغاية ولا يعرفن كيف يتكلمن حيث يمكن إغلاق خط الهاتف فجأة أثناء التحدث إليهن
  • هذه العيادة كمكان لا تفي بالمعايير الدنيا للنظافة و التعقيم
  • عندما تقوم بأي عملية في أسنانك ، ستشعر أنك داخل مستشفى عام وإذا طلبت من الدكتور محمد أن يكون الشخص الوحيد الذي يعمل على أسنانك ، فسوف يجيب بأن كل الفريق يعمل بنفس الإجراءات.
  • التواصل متدني جدا بينها وبين العملاء
  • لا أوصي بهذا المكان

  للاسف اخر تعامل مع هذه العياده كنت حاجزة ليا ولبنتي ف معاد وبعد ما رحت العيادة طلع المعاد غلط وقالولي اسفين مش هتقدري تدخلي قلتلهم ممكن استني لاخر العياده لاني معايا الولاد مش هاقدر اجي تاني وساكنه بعيد قالولي لا
  مع العلم ان العياده كانت مش زحمة
  ده غير انه بيخلي الدكاترة الصغيرين يتفرجوا ولا كانه مكان حكومي وممكن يشتغلوا كمان
  اكيد انا جايه عياده خاصة لدكتور مشهور عشان هوه اللي يشتغل مش حد تاني

  الانتظار اكتر من ساعه ونصف ولما تسال هدخل امتا يردو بمتنهى قلة الذوق وتدخل كل خمسة مرضى سوا كل واحد في غرفة والدكتور يلف عليهم بلا تركيز طبعا وتركنا بالكشف والاسنان مفتوحة وقطن وغاب جدا سالنا فين الدكتور قالو اصلو كان صايم وراح يفطر هل هذا هو الدين؟ ولا ده خدمة عملاء؟ ولا قلة ذوق؟؟

  اتكلمت لحجز ميعاد ولسه باقول للسكرتيرة الميعاد مش مناسب قبل مااقولها ممكن ميعاد تانى قفلت السكة . معاملة فى قلة الذوق
