  Such a amazing experience with Deluxe Travel
  
  We booked a 2 days tour in the white desert. What a beauty and incredible experience. The guides were amazing and we felt like being part of a big family. Sleeping under the stars in the desert was one of my life time dream, and I wasn't disappointed. Nobody around, not a sound (expect mosquito), no light pollution in fact, no pollution at all. I will keep those memories for my entire life. Thanks again Deluxe travel to make this kind of experience possible

  Booked a tour through them for the White Desert in Egypt. The desert was a great trip. BEWARE of this tour company, Deluxe, though! We experienced a 2 hour delay, before starting the tour, greatly reducing our day and the experience unfortunately. That's OK - I understand things don't always go as planned. HOWEVER, in their response to my TripAdviser review they claimed WE were 15 minutes late meeting our driver pick-up, and that the issue was therefore our fault! In fact, we were 20 minutes EARLY waiting for our pickup!! We were the FIRST on the bus, and another couple arrived shortly after us ALL of us were in the same situation (not just me) as we waited on the bus, in the heat of a cair parking lot, for 2 hours, before our journey (a 7 hour drive) even began (the bus only departed after the other couple, having called Deluxe numerous times trying to find out what was going on, advised they would need to cancel due to the now shortened time we'd be able to spend in the desert if the bus didn't depart soon and that they would expect a refund). Again, I understand that 'things happen' and in Egypt in particular they happen at their own pace rather than on schedule but it was Deluxe's flat-out, bold-face falsehood in their review response that made me feel I had to issue this caution. I feel they are very clearly and purposely trying to mislead readers through their reviews (when checking their reviews make sure the reviewers are 'legit', and be advised that responses from Deluxe are simply them saying anything they can to 'sell you', and most likely untrue). Definitely DO go see the White Desert (it's amazing!) - just make sure you do it with a trusted tour company you feel comfortable with.

  We are from Germany, we are lazy so we wont write so much but what we can say is that our two guides were super friendly and honest!!! Also they have good knowledge and speak english well. Totally recommended :-)

  Very well organized day tours. We booked several tours and they were all amazing. The guide was very informative and fun to be with. He provided valuable information and he was very knowledgeable of ancient Egyptian history. Coach was clean and always waiting for us on time with air condition on
