  One of the best (shop and ship style) service in Egypt , throughout 3 orders the following is my brief experience
  1- The Good :
  a) Fast order revising and placing (they say 2 working days , actually , they need 2-3 hours max.)
  b) They provide an estimated delivery date , and it is accurate , and if your order was delayed 10 days (working days) after that time , then you can take a full refund , and it personally happened to me , my order got delayed as mentioned , I asked for refund and got my money back . No (excuse us) no questions asked whatsoever
  c) You only pay upfront with no hidden costs, they will never charge you with any additional fees , even the shipping cost , unlike other services who really unreasonably charge you with big sums of money . So you place the order, if you like the cost & expected delivery date then go ahead and make your order.
  d) Their EGP - US exchange rate is one of the best in this kind of services
  e) The most important : GOOD customer service , the best of all of these services. They're quick , polite, decent, and effective.
  
  The Bad:
  a) Your order might be lost , Although you'll get all your money back , but what about the lost time ?
  b) The estimated delivery dates , although mostly respected , are too late (could take 16 - 24 day for next-day-delivery items from ebay (almost all sellers @ ebay provide a delivery date for their destination which in this case is Dealgamed office in US)
  
  Overall a good service , and would recommend it to a friend

  One of their employees said the reason of the delay of my order cuz they buy their stuff from China, although i ordered from US. Website.. When I complained in fb some guy answered in the most utterly disrespectful and rude way..instead of clarifying what she said!!!!!! Never ever would recommend dealing with them:/
