because I am not an Egyptian, they treated me so bad as much they thought that I do not understand and talk Egyptian Arabic. they gave me a wrong number which I go to the centre for inquiring their sevices repetitively. well I guess, I can do both for Egyptian Arabic improve your customer services for all customer !!!!

Truly honest, decent and helpful staff. They always provide service and advice as per customer need, not just marketing purposes. They really deserve to be the soul agent of all decent satellite products in Egypt.

All satellite equipment receivers, dish, etc. also you can subscribe to bein TV services and repair service center for Humax and Astra recivers. You can get better prices from other retailers, the store is not organized and in needs of a lot of decoration. Staff don't understand what they are selling, you can easily get the wrong information about products!!
