  From personal working experience Very bad and poor salaries, bad professional practice and respect to working engineers, very poor and bad computers and taking a right of insulting engineers with very bad language and insults like(zifta,7omara) very very poor management in staff whereas the responsible engineer there is fine art 2016 graduate with no enough organization skills..only hired 4 months ago and this is the oldest one!!!! because this woman has released every one in her office even secretaries!! to search for new less paid "engineers" to take advantage of who are paid poor salaries and forced to accept lack of dignity and respect
