Very nice hotel to stay and you can go from it to most of Cairo with friendly and helpful staff with good restaurants to dine or have a quick bite and a nice cafe to chill or watch football games

Close to the airport (about 15min ride). Calm and clean. Good staff and service. Cheap food but a bit greasy. Nice pool and terrace. I had room with view on the pool. A bit cold room in November. Unfortunately only smoking rooms were available but I was not bothered and did not notice any smell. Wi-Fi ok. A bit small and basic bathroom. Bath tub not really clean, though. I missed an iron and ironing table in my room. Not really good sound insulation between rooms while insulation with terrace is perfect. Good fitness although some pieces of equipment should be better maintained (example with the rower and one if the elliptical bikes).

Fairly off season when I visited so not too many guests but that only made the experience better. Probably a bit overstaffed based on this but that is probably normal. The gym was probably a 3.5/5 had a lot of machines which allowed a good workout but not really modern machines. Some of the weights we're definitely very used. Food was good, the Lebanese restaurant was fantastic, the Italian more mediocre. Breakfast was good, complimentary was nice nothing amazing though. Staff was friendly and helpful and I always felt safe on the premises, no reason for concern. Very convenient and free shuttle bus to the airport was helpful. Pretty nice stay for a work weekend.

Right when you enter that hotel, you feel like you are back to the luxury of 70s. The old antiques everywhere, with that classic uniform of the staff, let you feel you are somewhere royal palace.
The staff is really friendly at welcoming you. The parking of the hotel is just normal where it is hard to find somewhere shaded to park. It takes nothing to check in a room where it is really clean and tidy. The bathroom is really spacious and clean. It is really quiet, it highly recommended for a quick quiet vacation. The quality of food is simply amazing. We tried steak sandwich and club sandwich they were superb.response / report this review -

Excellent customer service and choice of Restaurants. The outdoor area around the pool is perfect for relaxing in the evening while having a drink.

Logistically, this hotel is near the airport, which is a big plus given Cairo traffic. The hotel was beautifully appointed. Comfortable room. My favourite feature was the sushi bar off the lobby. Very nice place to pass an evening.

Very luxurious, photos are accurate. The whole place is slightly dated, but I think it adds character and shows that the place has history. Average service in the restaurants BUT great service from the floor clerks. I'm giving 4 stars because my suite had a problem with the shower head and no one seemed to have a USB charger for guests so we had to borrow one of the staff's personal charger.

Very home like feeling right from the moment you enter the hotel.The staff are always smiling ,and very helpful.The rooms are spacious enough.The pool view is the best when choosing your room ,as you get to check the night shows from ur balcony.
