  Health care in Egypt is an absolute joke. Don't be fooled by how it looks like from outside. The quality is the pretty much the same as a governmental hospital

  Emergency Doctors with No Honor , all they are about is how much money they can get from you , wrong diagnosis , no one take responsibility of anything , bad service and management , WORST PLACE EVER TO DEAL WITH

  Service and waiting time etc. is terrible and the hospital itself is overrated. The building is dirty, noisy and crowded. Parking is meager. Nurses are rude and disregarding, often gossiping and chatting amongst each other instead of checking on patients in need. In one situation a nurse came in and told my mother quotes "This isn't a hotel, lady get out of here". The fact that such inconsiderate behavior is left unchecked is upsetting and disturbing. There are a slew of other vexations this hospital suffers from. I haven't received an email or letter of apology from this outrageous and swindling hospital.

  Good hospital, well equipped yet very crowded and pricy.
  Most of the auxiliary staff take tips.
