Terrible service. Indoor shisha is also making it worse.

I wish if Google offer not star rating to give this place what is fair. This Carols view is good. However, the staff are very rude and offer aweful service. Their foods are frozen so if you want to eat "Do Not Go there" Their Shisha is very old without new modern ones like what offered in "Pablo & Alexander" Additionally, they this place is pricey compared with their quality of service. Last thing, their manager is ignorant and don't know anything about how to fulfill the guest services. بالعربي الصريح بأغلبية العاملين عيال حقودة والمدير بتاعهم إمعة ماشي وراهم.

Carlos Cafe is the best chain in the country at the moment with several branches in Alexandria and Cairo. Good location and view is great, parking is an issue.
