CHEATED!
I booked a deluxe twin private ensuite room for one night.
(LUGGAGE ROOM)
We came a little bit early and asked the receptionist if we can put our luggages there, and he allowed us to put them inside a room. (They claimed to have a free luggage room in their site). Later that day, when we checked in, the owner (i think) told us that he wanted to charge us for 2 nights! Because we left the luggage inside the room?!

And more to our surprise he said that all rooms are full and he can only offered us a twin bedroom with shared bathroom charged 80EGP each, more expensive than the one we booked! ANOTHER LIE!
(CLEANLINESS)
The shared bathroom was very dirty and the sheets smelled funny.
Beware! He might sweet talk you about being his family and only wanting to help us, pure lie don't trust any words. Save your money and find a more decent place to stayresponse / report this review -

WE WERE CHEATED !!
Booked online a room with a private toilet and paid the supposedly deposit, but when we wanted to check in, he claimed that the room isn't available!! He pretended to compensate by offering another room without a toilet (so we have to use the disgustingly dirty toilet outside), but charged us for the same price as the room with the private bathroom..when we tried to argue he scolded us back :/ Bad experience. Should have trusted the previous reviews..
Regarding the location of the hostel, it is at a very dirty area, and is by the traffic so it's very noisy. Cairo attractions are also located far away from this hostel so it's very inconvenient.
Dont trust their ridiculous description about a experiencing a bedouin lifestyle. Not worth the money.
Luggage room: on the website they claim to have free luggage room just in case u come early. Lies again. We couldn't help arriving because of our bus schedule and were asked to keep our luggage in one of the rooms (not the luggae room). Upon check in, we were told that we would be charged double nights because we kept our luggages in the room since the morning, which we didnt even intend to do. We just followed the receptionist's instructions. SO DONT GO HERE, PLEASE! Save ur money and dont let this hostel spoil ur stay in Cairo!response / report this review -

Good place to sleep in the night
Lighting is not totally comfortable
The floors are clean and staff is friendly
Beds are comfortable
Cheap prices
Finally this place need some improvement
