I have a serious complaints for the Bebe branches in Egypt !!! Is this is a franchise !! What I know that franchising a branch in any country it should apply the same policy everywhere isn't it ??!
I'm a regular customer for Bebe branches in Dubai ( festival mall , Dubai mall , even diera city Center ) I used to get my items from my preferable brand and they were flexible on exchanging or refunding items ( as long as they are in a good condition &Il not on sale incase of refund )
Unfortunately my husband decided to get me my surprise mother gift from my favourite brand ( it was !! ) from Bebe ( cairo festival city ) and he got me 3 pieces for 7000 le ( which isn't a regular amount in Egypt )
I went back same day and wanted to exchange the items and here the hassle started since 21 march till today !!!!
I have to refund with totally the same amount , tried hard and got some items but it didn't cover the amounts , they still owe me money , I have to change with the whole amount , they kept sending me from branch to another to look for more items and I have to pick my items within 14 days !!!!!
The management is horrible and they don't have any credibility , every time I go to exchange the items they say to get this piece for 4100 le , I have to pay the extra 100 again ! However I still have some Bebe items with me that I want to return them .. they pushed me twice to pay extra money or to take some items that I don't need ( earrings which aren't allowed to b returned due to Hygiene issues and they agreed to return it ) but they agreed just to make sure I take Bebe items ..
I tried to explain that I don't need this items plz keep my money and give me gift card ( they already added this ads that they provide gift cards for Mother's Day ) but still they said it's an old one !! And not valid and I cannt get my money back , cannt get a gift card , they told me to go to disgual maybe I can get some items to cover the amount and I agreed .. they sent me to city stars disgual brand , then they said we r sorry we can't do it .. it's not in cfc !!!! I chose some items from Bebe city stars they refused to give it to me , advised that they will transfer it to cfc and I pick it from there cuz it didn't cover the 7000 !!! So I need to take my old stuff back with me an wait for the transfer to go cfc to pick the items ( they were 4000 le )! And they refused to give me the rest as a refund , not even from other brands and I waited 4 days and they just called to tell me plz come pick ur items .. I asked if the problem is solved as they claimed they r trying to do .. they said no we r sorry and we r back to point 0 !!!!!
I asked to talk to brand manager any manager they provided and number on my bill which was out of service for Wedsday and Thursday !!!
I went back to the shop and as nothing happened they said they will call me back !!
Still the unwanted items are with me , no one shows up ! No calls and I'm asking for an off rial complain for all the Egyptian Bebe braches which don't respect the clients , no credibility and not applying the Bebe policies that I used to deal with for years
I'm waiting ur feedback and I'm insisting to return all the items now and I need a useful feedback plz .. frankly speaking this bad experience pushed me and many of my friends never to deal with these brands here in Egypt .. thank uresponse / report this review -
