Just recently, I took my two of cousins to the spa. This is the third time I’ve witnessed the receptionist and the manager has been rude( rolling the eyes, gossiping). We asked questions about the massage and extension etc and the answers was too short and made a few sarcastic comments. They also have a very bad customer service as we had an issue with the booking at first then with us bringing my cousins baby. Josy the owner was very rude, she mentioned that I’d rather you leave this than me losing my clients when the baby only cried for literally five minutes. I’m very disappointed with this as I have brought my friends and recommended to a few of my new expat mates. I know people rave about how the salon is good as she’s an expat but with such an attitude and unprofessional etiquette I’m not too sure if that’s a good place to go to anymore. I’ve also found two other beauty salons that are quite good in Maadi which I’ve started going to Mano and Podi and Joys beauty salon both owners are professional and have

I would give full stars, but they clip my cuticles every time, very uncomfortable. Great manicures and pedicures, and wonderful eyebrow threading.

Sooooooooo rude and disrespectful the Josi who runs the place ,none of me or my friends will go back anymore ,as if she serves you for free .
