  Excellent customer service, Has its own private beach which is right behind the hotel, the beach has beautiful fish that you can see and you can do snorkelling. If you want to do any excursion you can ask for Ahmed Noaa who can help you organise your day. Hotel manager and staff are very friendly, feel free to ask them about any local information you need. Everything is located near the hotel so very convenient, the room is old and bathroom is small, I wouldn’t say everything is clean, but let that not put you off as everything else makes up for it. If you just need a bed, beach and sun then pick this hotel. Wifi only available in the lobby. Don’t get confused with Cataract Layalina Resort Sharm El Sheikh and Cataract Sharm Resort, Qesm Sharm Ash Sheikh.
