  I have been a customer of this company since I bought my BMW car in 2018 and at they were associated with the prior owner of BMW in Egypt. However, when the ownership of BMW changed they were no longer associated with them insofar providing car insurance to the BMW owners and Contact has become the new insurance brokerage associated with Global the new BMW owner in Egypt. The ironic thing is that Bavaria insurance brokerage never told its customers this fact. I found out that when I went to change the front windshield of my car and I was told by the representative named Moataz and documented by a voice note from him on WhatsApp that the maximum that I will bear is 15% of the bill which I found out that I had to pay in full first and they will send me a check after I send them the invoice with a proof of payment (this is because they are no longer associated with BMW new owners). However, when I received the check I found out that they deducted 20.73% instead of 15% as per the voice note from their representative documented on my WhatsApp. When I tried contact them to rectify things and get my money I have been getting endless promises and no answer most of the time. Absolutely no professionalism nor business honesty in dealing with its customers. This is the worst insurance brokerage I had to deal with and I will fight this further with the consumer protection agency and FRA.

  I received a call this morning from Mr. Omar, manager, who discussed with me the issue I had and assured me that this was a mishap and will never happen again and it will be further investigated, however, he apologized about what happened and credited my account immediately with the difference that was owed to me. He was very polite and acted very professionally. I thank him for the quick response to my review and we both agreed that this case should have never gone that far.
