  Unprofessional customer handling.
  Disrespectful attitude for customers' time.
  Over priced services.
  You need to check your car after any repair as they will be leaving it absolutely messy and un clean.
  Not willing to help and reception engineers are not well mannered or even they dont give respect to there customer at least on the way they talk.
