  The people handling the ticket purchases in the station are not helpful most of the time. In fact they might be rude if you tell them to explain more about the train schedule for your destination. The area is not clean at all, it is smelly everywhere. Also, there are no safety warnings, and police officers are standing only at the front gate and sometimes are not there.

  This connecting train station between 5 lines Alexandria>Cairo, Cairo>Mansoura, Cairo>porsaed, Banha>Menof and Banha>Metghamer. This station not really organized and haven't any rest places
