  Misdiagnosed.. Equipment in the ER did not work (imagine) and doctors didnt even care!
  Place is not clean, got a virus from the hospital
  Staff treat patients in ER with lack of respect..

  My mom went their to do a surgery and when she got up to her room, the rooms were so awful, the bathrooms quality wasn't accepted and there was rust on metal. They ask for a lot of money for nothing actually, have they seen their hospital!!!!
  And the most horrible and terrifying things was when we settled for a better room, a nurse came and told mom that she was going to give her a syringe and that the doctor told her so, as mom got suspicious she argued with her and it turned out THE NURSE WAS MISTAKEN AND THE SYTINGE BELONGED TO ANOTHER PATIENT!!!

  Avoid this hospital like the plague, I had a facelift over 8 years ago and the plastic surgeon did not tell me that his assistant would operate on me. The assistant did half of my face and he stitched it up very baldy leaving my face with horrible scares. Not just that, they made me pay extra for the assistant surgeon which was not agreed prior to surgery. I was in such discomfort and pain following surgery that I had no energy to dispute the bills. If this is the best hospital in Egypt, as some reviewers state, may God help Egyptians! I suspect there are fake reviewers here to improve the hospital rating. London UK

  Hospital is clean.
  Nurses are polite and helpful.
  Doctors are so professional and humans.
  
  Room service is very slow and not efficient for such a international hospital.

  The facade is being renovated.. It's good..ER not that helpful.. ICU beds are always full.
