I would strongly suggest avoiding them. Read below.
The negatives:
ABUSIVE PRICING SCHEMES: I asked them to confirm the price of my dive. Instead, they sent me a generic email and when I went to pay, they tried to charge me 80 euros more than I had attempted to confirm. In addition to that, I saw that the prices they were advertising on the shop were less what they were attempting to charge me. When I stood up to them, what amounted was a near shake down with two employees in the room, one of which was becoming very aggressive and heated. They take you to a back room away from everyone else (presumably because they're charging different amounts to each person) when you're paying so it's a very isolating feeling as a foreigner. When I showed them the email exchange, one of the employees attempted to make me feel bad about this by saying that he would have to pay for this out of his own pocket.
I was the only person doing a paid third dive and the dive master made me feel bad about doing it. In general, he made me feel pretty unwelcome including talking about me in Arabic.
The dive master seemed more focus on blowing cool bubbles in the water, playing with a golf ball he had in his BCD, and starring at the butts of swimmers above then leading the dive and showing us interesting aquatic life.
The last dive was very unimpressive (even the dive master said there was "a lot of dead coral") but was better for the scuba divers onboard which was a real travesty when you travel across the world to do what's supposed to be some of the best diving.
The boat was packed! I got numerous times by people jostling to get ready and into the water. Additionally, my tanks where placed right by where they hung the wetsuits so I got hit continuously with wetsuits throughout the time on the boat.
The positives:
Well explained dives: the dive master had (or drew out) a map for every dive so it was very clear what you would be doing
The lunch was well done--one of the best I've seen on dives boats and different every day
We came here initially to do our Divemaster course, and we absolutely love this establishment. Walking in the door, we were instantly greeted and shown around the building. They introduced us to everyone and we sat down to make our schedule.
The employees are super professional, and very down to earth. We were set up with an excellent instructor Andrew who was very knowledgeable. Normally going through a course it gets boring at points but Andrew knew how to mix it up and he kept us on our toes. And during the course we got to do a lot of recreational diving at around 15+ different dive sites, which made it a great diving experience, but will also help us out at being good Divemasters. We love this place so much and trust these guys that we're doing our IDC here at the end of the month.
Absolutely the best dive shop in Sharm El Sheikh!!!
Amazing dive centre with really friendly and knowledgable guys - we would always have a few beers together after and they even took us out to some amazing restaurants / bars afterward. Great location with free airport transfers, the only mistake we made was not booking a longer stay, will definitely return!
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable dive company. Very professional in their conduct and day trips. All equipment included in the package.

Very nice diving experience with decent people overthere. Prices are a little bit high. Diving gears are in ok shape but their suits are a little bit not very decent. Overall experience is very good.
