My dad was transfered from his doctor to do an operation by his doctor who he work in this hospital. we went and paid the operation fees in full before the operation. However they are really unprofessional and don't care about the patients, they tried to trick my dad by asking him to sign consent which has a name of a different doctor on it to do the opration. luckly my dad noticed and refused to sign and they were moaning about it saying that he can't ask for that. They think we don't understand anything and we would accept anything. hygien is not upto standard and as I was waiting for my dad ouside theatre, there was a doctor who kept going in and out while his wearing his outdoor jacket, he was looking really unprofessional and don't care about spreading infections, wondering into theatre with outdoor jacket😣. There is no sense of resposibility.

Bad medical services. Low quality service compared with prices. Rude managers.
Room is full of smoke smell even AC filters are not working.
Worst customer service ever.
We were enforced to go in a private suite instead of a room . As many others mentioned they always says no available normal rooms to get more money. This is dirty business not a medical service. Completely commercial .

THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE HOSPITAL. I REPEAT THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE HOSPITAL. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON. I went to ER they told me to return at 2 to see a specialist. However I needed to call and make and appointment,which I did. When I arrived no one had any information on me. I went to ER to get assistance and they couldn't find my file;despite the fact I paid earlier for services rendered. After 25 minutes they found my file. I was then taken to a customer service agent. She had no idea why I was bothered by the whole situation. She asked me to come wait in line again and give the agent all the info I gave previously. I asked where was my file from this morning. They shrugged their shoulders, so I left.

Avoid this hospital if you can.

Egypt has poor health care, and this place just shows it! For 5 days they didn’t know what was wrong with me. The emergency room staff, not even the doctors, ask me to go home without being diagnosed due to the high volume of people there. I could have died if I listen to them. Thanks God I did not accept.
The place is revolting. There was a courtain that separate the rooms with vomit 🤢 for weeks! since I went back several times and, while the sheets and pillow cases were not change. You can see the dirt left from previous people. During my stay, after a bad surgery, a nurse sneak in my room and sleept on the couch without me knowing, until one night she scared me with her snoring, and that’s how I find out she was doing it for a couple of times before.
Lastly, the people from the cafeteria were so rude and I had to go to a private doctor to find out that the surgery was poorly performed. I’m just grateful I made it alive out of that horrible place.

my father in law had a hernia surgery over there 3 weeks ago. didn't appreciate the service. left him without a blanket for some time. not punctual. you have to ask for several times before they come to you.

Unfriendly, inexperienced and snotty ER doctors, ludicrous regulations that aren't helpful to the clients at all, the ministry of health should shut them down !
