this hotel was once my favourite in dahab, I last visited last year and it was just perfect, this year I went there and found the management has changed, I asked for a double room, and after entering the room I found it ia not clean, all the lamps are not working except for a small one which is not enough ti even see your way in the room, the air conditioner was set on 25 and it was very very hot and I asked for the remote control they said the owner hided it in his office because its a new AC and he is not there, and after all issues was not fixed I took my luggage to car after just 1 hour of check-in to leave and asked for refund they refused, after argument they gave my half what I paid, the suit there is now for 630 LE !!! I rented a whole villa direct on beach with the same price !!!

Clean rooms, the view is very nice and the prices are extremely affordable. Located in the middle of Mamsha with cafes and stores nearby.

Terrible food. No pure water, only half salty water. Extremely un-professional manager/owner. More suitable for older age groups. But good location in the heart of dahab's downtown and good prices.

Service was adequate but it was not full service. Had to take care of my own plans. Pool was great though.
