  Handy to have this hospital close by and they even saw our youngest son when he was already thirteen and had quick check up and blood tests to rule out appendicitis after he experienced severe stomach pains in the right lower quarter.
  It is more like centres abroad having a group of doctors on duty and keeping files on the patients for future reference but better than NHS as they can do tests and ops on site so not just a GP service. The only thing I found tedious was having to wait rather a long tine a few times because of the volume of anxious patents bringing their little ones for a common cold and other minor matters
  As in other countries docs here over prescribe but also good about giving nutrients and nutritional advice
  One disadvantage of many one man or woman surgeries here is that they largely run their surgeries in the evening but this one has good opening hours

  ذهبت للمستشفي في حالة طوارئ و أقمت ليلة هناك.
  ما أعجبني :
  ١- الأطباء على مستوى عالي من الكفاءة و الذوق ، استمعوا إلي جيدا و شرحوا لي حالة ابنتي بالتفصيل، و قدموا كل اللازم لها من أشعة و تحاليل.
  ٢- الممرضات لطيفة وودودة، و عاملوني أنا و ابنتي بطريقة جيدة.
  ٣- سعر كشف الطوارئ مناسب ، فقط ٨٠ جنيه مصري.
  ٤- الانتظار فترة قصيرة في الطوارئ.
  ما لم يعجبني:
  ١- اتصدمت من مستوى التعقيم في المستشفي، رأيت الممرضات تعقم أدوات باستخدام قطنة و عليها مطهر، و رأيت حقن دم على الطاولات تفاجئت الممرضة بوجودها و ألقتها في القمامة، و لا تستخدم الممرضات او الاطباء أي قفازات أثناء أخذ عينات الدم أو تركيب المحاليل، ولا حتى تقوم بتعقيم أو غسل يديها قبل كل ما تقوم به للمريض.
  ٢- مستوى النظافة و التعقيم سئ جدا ، حمام الغرفة به عفن ( رغم نزولي فى غرفة مميزة وليست درجة عادية ) ، وجدت حشرة في الغرفة أسفل السرير ، جهاز الأكسجين به عفن .
  ٣- طلبت من مسئولة الإستضافة طعام نباتي ، و رغم ذلك أرسلت طعام به لحوم،. و عامة الأكل غير صحي به قليل من الخضروات و مطهو بزيت غزير.
  ٤- الاقامة في المستشفي غالية نسبيا ، الليلة الواحدة بالادوات و الادوية ٣٥٠٠ ج
  ٥- ساعةالحاىط لا تعمل ، الملايات و الاغطية تبدو قديمة جدا
  ٦- يستخدمون ترمومتر الزئبق لقياس درجة الحرارة مما ياخذ وقت طويل. و غير مناسب مع الاطفال ، وهناك بدائل افضل
  .. انصح القاىمين على ادارة المستشفي ببذل جهد اكبر في التنظيف و التعقيم، و تدريب العاملين وتقديم الادوات اللازمة.
