  Very serene and calm resort. Best place to chill out away from the typical Sa7el scene No need to dress up, act up or do anything other than be yourself for the summer.

  Al Rowad is by far one of Egypt's North Coast's best hidden secrets. Large sparsely populated beach and old school feel of a place that hasn't changed much in decades in a good way! Real serenity. While adjacent beaches are packed this one retains its calm and peace. A true gem.
  
  Also location apparently selected for therapeutic considerations for former Pres. Gamal Abdel Nasser, giving this place one of the best microclimates in all of the sahel/north coast.
