Place is clean and up to the expected standards. Waiting area is good, have cafeteria with hot/cold drinks, snacks and sandwiches. Waiting time for car service is long to handover the car. Staff are friendly and cooperative but car service itself is not that good, have to go more than once for the same problem. Happened twice for different service requests during the warranty. They have a free shuttle service to cfc mall.

They do not respect the timing they announced, I visit them at 07:20 pm and they were closed and they mentioned that working hours till 8 pm on Saturdays

The representative was very good but after i booked a car and they were looking for the color the added and increase in 2 days with 10000 egp. Very unprofessional from management.
