Worst ever. If you are coming to this hospital chiose another one.
This was not designed as a hospital. It is a building converted to a hospital.
First to get in there is a 65 degree incline that i had to help the porter helping my dad with the wheelchair. The entrance is dark and narrow.
People are smoking outside and the smoke goes inside the hospital.
If you want to stay with your father or wife etc be prepared to pay 225 pounds per night collected daily i mean daily. They wont wait till you leave they want it now.
The elevators are very small and stuffy.
It is not wheelchair friendly at all

After 2 days i changed this to one star as i cant go any lower.
The bed inthe room didnt work. The bathroom has no soap or toilet paper. Everything u ask they say no but when u complain they bring it.
One doctor was very disrespectful but they took our complaint seriously and the general manager kindly came in and spoke with my dad.
The elevator wasnt working and there were no signs to tell u so. So u go in and wait until u give up.

They only have One elevator for patients. Meaning it is the only one big enough for a wheelchair.
This hospital needs alot of improvement.

The specialist are great. Depends who u go to.

If u want a hospital choose Alshrooq. Everyone told me u should have gone there instead of this one. I personally have not been.

Addendum: after we complained we started getting better treatment from the nursing staff and better food. They also brought kleenex which wasnt there before.

So bottom line STAY AWAY
